Description
This Ladies Desk is Louis Philippe (circa 1860) and made from Mahogany. The desk has nice lines, three small locking drawers on the top, one large locking drawer under the writing surface, and comes with its two keys. There is a leather topped extendible writing surface between the desk top and the lower drawer. All moving parts are in very good working order.
This desk does show its age, with some lacquer missing on the surface of the desk, a few oval stains (perhaps from glasses / planter), and various small scratches and bumps. Please see the pictures provided (we can provide more details if necessary – just contact us).
Perfect if you are looking for that vintage look – and in a piece that is really 150 years old!
